Returns/Refunds:
All sales are final. If an item is faulty, a replacement or refund will be sent.
You must notify us of the problem within 3 days of receipt, and it is strongly recommended that tracking is obtained to return the item to us as we are not liable for packages that do not make it back to us. We are not responsible for items lost/damaged in transit, we will attempt to file for compensation on your behalf if possible.

Privacy Policy:
Your information is safe with us and will NEVER be shared or sold to any other party. Payment information is encrypted through Paypal and is not stored on our systems.

Currency:
All prices are shown in US Dollars. Paypal will automatically convert payment into this currency.

Shipping Information:
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order and cleared payment received. If you are in the UK you should received your order within 2-3 days of it being sent. If you are outside the UK your order may take from 1-4 weeks to arrive. If you'd like to discuss expedited shipping options, contact us before you place your order.

We offer volume discounts for retailers. Please email with enquiries.

We are not responsible for variations in colours due to the individual nature of computer monitors. As each piece of jewellery is handmade there will inevitably be slight variations in each piece, the photographs shown are meant to be representative of what you are ordering but may not be the actual piece you are ordering.
